Vintage Car Series

Anytime I see a vintage car, I can't help but stop and stare — especially the old, rusty ones because I want to know their stories. They make me think of my dad and grandfather. My dad had a 1969 Stingray Corvette when he was in his 20s and he told me that selling it was one of his biggest regrets. My grandfather owned a gas station and was a mechanic in Kimball, West Virginia. One of my favorite stories was how my dad was helping out and accidentally sold my great-grandfather's moonshine to a customer for pennies. Terrible mistake.
